One lifts his back leg to inspect his back paw while the other sleeps curled up beside his playmate. Natural variations in the ivory are utilized for their spotted coats. Both plump canines are stained overall a deep amber color with fine hair-work highlighted with sumi ink. Signed within an oval reserve on the back leg of the sleeping puppy, Rantei.
