He sits turning and shifting his weight to the left in order to scratch his bottom with his right hand. His large eyes are inlaid with translucent horn, the small pupils highlighted with sumi ink. With notable movement and expression, the hair-work is finely rendered. Signed within a polished oval reserve, Toyomasa.
