the compact rodent grasps on to a bean pod beneath him, the himotoshi is formed by his tail which coils under his amble belly, the hair work and whiskers are delicately rendered, his dark eyes are inlaid with a shiny black stone, his mouth is slightly open to reveal inlaid ivory teeth; signed on the underside within an oval reserve, Tomozaku
