The actor Onoe Kikujiro II (1814-1875) is in the role of Kumokiri Oroku, the actor Bando Mitsugoro VI (1846-1873) is in the role of Osaraba Oden, the actor Sawamura Tossho II (Suketakaya Takasuke IV, 1838-1886) is in the role of Kinezumi Okichi, and the actor Ichimura Kakitsu IV (Onoe Kikugoro V, 1844-1903) is in the role of Subashiri Okuma from the play Musume Hyoban Zen'aku Kagami (Reputation of Maidens, Mirror of the Good and Bad), staged at the Ichimura theater in Edo in 1865.
